I've loved solving complex people problems and studying how human's think, behave and change for a very long time.

From turning around struggling operations in disability services to creating industry partnerships that didn't exist before - I've always been the person who figures it out. As a small business owner myself, I know what it's like to build something real from the ground up (and stay up till midnight wondering if you've forgotten something important... spoiler: you probably have, and it'll be fine).

Following 20+ years consistently delivering results across finance, education, disability services, and business development, I jumped into coaching because I saw the same thing over and over again:
