I’m a leadership and business coach with over 20 years of experience leading teams at CEO level, navigating high-pressure environments, and working inside complex organisations where people, risk, and accountability collide.

I’ve turned around struggling teams, built services from the ground up, and led through sustained pressure across disability and community services, education, finance, and business development. Along the way, I’ve coached hundreds of senior leaders who wanted to lead with more clarity, courage, and steadiness - especially when things aren’t calm.

What drives my work is pattern recognition.
